2007
Ran in five races during the season... Came in first on the team in four races... Came in first on the team and third overall at the Wake Forest Relays with a final time of 17.15... Post a time of 18.03 at the Boston College Invitational finishing third on the team and 20th overall... Came in first on the team and 14th overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational with a final time of 20:49... Finished first on the team and 14th overall with a final time of 21:33 at the Penn State Invitational... Came in first on the team and 15th overall to complete the season at the ACC Championships with a final time of 21:41.9.
2006
Missed the early portion of the season due to injury... Came back to post her best time of the season in her first race, the Oregon Invitational... Finished the race in 22:07.25 to place 45th overall... Followed that up with a 22:08 at the Pre-NCAA Invitational... Ran a 22:46.0 at the ACC Championships to finish 41st overall and third on the team.
2005
Participated in five of the team's seven events... Captured the Wake Forest Relays individual title with a time of 17:12... Named the ACC Performer of the Week following the Wake Forest Relays... Placed 37th at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 17:44... Finished 25th and 69th, respectively, at the ACC and NCAA Championships.

A 10-time state champion in cross country (2003-04), mile (2003-05), two mile (2003-05), 4x800 (2004) and team cross country title in 2004...
