2005: Participated in all seven races... finished first (17:46) and second (17:20) in the Raleigh Invitational and WFU Relays... placed 23rd in the ACC Championships (20:25.3), 41st in the NCAA Regionals (21:33.0) and 97th in the NCAA Championships (21:23.0).
2004: Ran in one event in the fall... placed fifth at the WFU Relays with a time of 17:43... received a medical redshirt after missing most of the season with injury.
2003: Placed fourth overall at the Mountaineer Open... finished second at the Wake Forest Invitational... earned a 20th place finish at the ACC Championships... named to the NCAA All-Region team... finished 84th overall at the NCAA Championships.
2002: The only true freshman to compete on a regular basis for the Demon Deacons... claimed fifth place at the Mountaineer Open... placed 28th at the Iona Meet... captured third at the Wake Forest Invitational... took 38th at the Pre-National Invitational... finished 26th at the ACC Championships... clinched 16th at the NCAA Southeast Regional... named to the NCAA All-Region team.
