WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest volleyball team will begin collecting donations this weekend to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. At every match leading up to the Demon Deacons' Dig for the Cure Night on Oct. 20, the Wake Forest athletic department will be collecting donations by raffling off prizes.

Wake will host Virginia Tech at 6 p.m. on Oct. 20 in its second annual Dig for the Cure Night.

Fans who are interested in making pledges to support the Dig for the Cure Night may contact the Wake Forest Marketing department at (336) 758-5010.

Please show your support for the fight against breast cancer by participating in the raffle when you attend Deacon volleyball matches. All proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

On Oct. 19, when the Deacs take on Virginia at 7:00 p.m., the official Wake Forest Dig for the Cure tie-dye t-shirts will be on sale for $18.

On Oct. 20, the first 50 fans will receive a free t-shirt (not tie-dye). Tie-dye t-shirts will continue to be on sale on Oct. 20 at the field hockey match against Virginia at 1 p.m., as well as the volleyball match that evening.

For any additional questions, please contact the Wake Forest Marketing department at (336) 758-5010.
