Wake Forest Loses to North Carolina State

RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State volleyball team defeated Wake Forest, 3-0, and improved its record to 10-20 overall and 3-11 in the Atlantic Coast Conference Saturday in Reynolds Coliseum.

NC State took three straight games from the Demon Deacons, 15-3, 15-12 and 15-6, to even the season series.

Kerry Bridenback led NC State with 11 digs, while Christy Kelley led Wake Forest with 9. Two Wake Forest players, Sharon Harmsworth and Katie Horne, posted 7 kills and Laura Kimbrell led NC State with 13.

Wake Forest takes on Georgia Tech at home Friday November 14.
