Cross Country: 2007: Finished seventh overall at the Wake Forest Relays with a time of 17:48... helped the team to a fourth place finish at the Boston College Invitational placing 40th in 18:42... finished fifth for Wake in the 6k Bill Dellinger Invitational placing 57th in 21:34... helped lead Wake to a fifth place finish out of 25 teams at the 6k Penn State National Invite with a time of 22:17, placing 49th overall... placed 37th overall at the ACC Championships and helped Wake Forest to a seventh place finish with a time of 22:37... finished second for the team in Wake's eighth place showing at the NCAA Southeast Regionals running the 6k in 21:37 and placing 41st overall.
