Cross Country: 2007: Finished 15th overall at the Wake Forest Relays with a time of 18:51. Helped lead the team to a fourth place finish at the Boston College Invitational placing 17th in 17:56. Ran the 6k Bill Dellinger Invitational in 21:36 placing 61st overall. Helped lead Wake to a fifth place finish out of 25 teams at the 6k Penn State National Invite with a time of 22:12, placing 48th overall. Placed 28th overall at the ACC Championships and helped Wake Forest to a seventh place finish with a time of 22:16. Finished third for the team in Wake's eighth place showing at the NCAA Southeast Regionals running the 6k in 21:38 and placing 43rd overall.
Background: NCISAA 2A State Champion in five events and Buncombe County champion in four events for Carolina Day School... 2006 cross country state team champion... has run the 3,200m in 10:55 and the 5,000m in 17:54... a member of the 2006 Footlocker All-South Team and Blue Ridge Classic meet record holder in the 3,200m...
