Named All-Region after finishing second on the team and 23rd overall at Southeast Regionals with a time of 21:39.6 ... Top-four runner for the Deacons throughout the entire season.
2008 Indoor
Finished 4th in the 3,000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2-23-08) with a time of 10:02.63 ... Also clocked in at 10:06.88 at the ACC Indoor Championships (2-29-08) ... Competed in the 5,000-meter run a the ACC Championships as well, turning in a season-best time of 17:22.66 ... Finished second in the 5,000-meter at the Virginia Tech Elite (2-9-08).
2008 Outdoor
Finished 8th in the 1,500-meter run at the Yellow Jacket Invite (3-30-08) with a time of 4:44.11 ... Also finished 8th in the 3,000-meter run at the Wake Forest Open (3-21-08) ... Turned in a time of 17:30.34 in the 5,000-meter run at the Stanford Invite (4-5-08) to finish 17th ... Finished 10th at the ACC Championships (4-19-08) in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 37:09.82.
2007 Cross Country
Finished 15th overall at the Wake Forest Relays with a time of 18:51. Helped lead the team to a fourth place finish at the Boston College Invitational placing 17th in 17:56. Ran the 6k Bill Dellinger Invitational in 21:36 placing 61st overall. Helped lead Wake to a fifth place finish out of 25 teams at the 6k Penn State National Invite with a time of 22:12, placing 48th overall. Placed 28th overall at the ACC Championships and helped Wake Forest to a seventh place finish with a time of 22:16. Finished third for the team in Wake's eighth place showing at the NCAA Southeast Regionals running the 6k in 21:38 and placing 43rd overall.
