GREENVILLE, S.C. - Wake Forest women's golf is tied for first place with Auburn after the first round of action today in Greenville, S.C. in the Lady Paladin Invitational. Wake and Auburn both scored 299, 11-over par.

After one round, junior Nuria Clau leads the Deacons tied for first place even at 72. Senior Maria Beautell is tied for fourth place at two-over par. Sophomore Deborah Means is in a nine-way tie for sixth place with three-over par.

Junior Caroline Stetler is tied for 41st place after one round with six-over par and senior Katie Brenny is tied for 57th place with eight-over par.

Tee time for round two of the Lady Paladin Invitational will begin at 8 a.m.
