Spring 2009
Played in all seven events ... Started with a tie for ninth at the Northrop Grumman after rounds of 79-76-73=288 (+15) ... Tied her second-best 54-hole total of the year of 225 at the LSU/Cleveland Golf Classic with rounds of 72-79-74 ... Finished tied for 16th at her first ACC Championships, closing with a solid round of 73 to help the team seal its first ACC Title in 14 years ... Also finished tied for 16th at the NCAA Central Regionals at the OSU Scarlet Course, posting scores of 78-73-76=227 (+11) ... Finished second on the team at the NCAA Championships with a 54-hole total of 311 (+23) ... For the year, Woods played in all 11 events and finished fourth on the team with a 76.2 stroke average ... She was third on the squad with 85.9 percent of her rounds counting towards the team score ... Had a total of four top-20 finishes as well as a pair of top-10s.
Fall 2008
Had a very solid start to her career ... Played in all four tournaments and finished fourth on the team with a 75.9 stroke average through 12 rounds ... Carded a pair of season-low 71s, with one of them coming in the final round of the Lady Tar Heel, which the Deacons won by 16 shots ... Also shot a 71 in the second round of the Landfall Tradition and led after 36 holes ... Wound up finishing tied for 6th at the Landfall, which her best finish of the season and it was also the site of the team's second win of the fall.
Summer 2008
Shot rounds of 73-77 to advance to match play at the North & South Amateur ... Won her first two matches but fell in the round of 16 to eventually runner-up Chelsea Curtis in 21 holes ... Won the Bill Dickey Invitational with rounds of 72-73 after finishing second in 2007.
