WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's basketball team will host Miami of Ohio on Saturday at 12 p.m. The Demon Deacons enter the contest with a 4-0 record while the Redhawks are 2-1.

Jenna Schone leads the Redhawks in scoring with 14.7 points per game. Brittany Waters is the leading Deacon scorer with 12.5 points per game. Miami's Jacyln Leninger leads both teams on the boards with an 8.7 average and Waters leads the Deacons with 7.8 per game.

The teams have only played each other once, in December 2005, at the Mildred and Roger Invitational hosted by Northwestern. Wake Forest took a 69-61 win.

On December 3, Wake Forest will continue play at the Joel Coliseum, hosting Southeastern Conference opponent South Carolina at 11 a.m.
