Feb. 22, 2006 WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's basketball team will look to keep the momentum alive from Tuesday night's steamrolling of Savannah State, as they hit the road to face Florida State, Thursday, Feb. 23. In last night's game, freshman Deirdre Naughton lit up the floor, scoring 37 points and breaking a freshman record for the most points scored in a single game. In addition, the guard added five steals, eight rebounds and four assists. The trip for the Deacs is one of two left on the regular season slate. After Tallahassee, Wake will hit the road once again to Virginia Tech for the final road test before the ACC Tournament.
