TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Wake Forest women's basketball team will begin a two game road stretch on Thursday night in Tallahassee when the Seminoles host the Demon Deacons at 7 p.m. The Demon Deacons (12-6, 0-4) will enter the game with a recent 85-73 loss to Clemson on Monday at the Joel Coliseum. The Seminoles (11-6, 1-1) are also looking to recover from a 70-38 loss to Duke on Friday in Durham. Corinne Groves leads Wake Forest with an average of 12.2 points per game, while Alex Tchangoue continues to hold top Deacon mark on the glass with 7.7 rebounds. Tanae Davis-Cain is the leading Seminole scorer, averaging13.7 points per game and Jacinta Monroe has the team high 6.1 rebounds per game. In the Deacon loss to Clemson, freshman Camille Collier had a career high 20 points. The Washington, D.C. native's 5-10 performance beyond the arc was also a career record. Sophomore Tiffany Rouhlac also set a career high against Clemson, posting10 assists. Roulhac currently leads the team with 76 assists and ranks third in the ACC in the category. Roulhac is eighth in the conference with an assist/turnover ratio of 1.41. The Deacons will travel over 2800 miles in five and a half days during the upcoming road swing. On Wednesday evening the team will fly out to Tallahassee and high-tail it back to campus following the Thursday night game for classes on Friday. The team will depart Saturday morning for Chestnut Hill, Mass. to play Boston College on Sunday at 2 p.m. and return on Monday afternoon.
