Jason Eshbaugh returns for his fifth season as the director of women's basketball operations. His responsibilities with the Demon Deacons include coordinating all team travel, supervising all non-coaching personnel, arranging all community service activities and assisting with all on-campus recruiting. Eshbaugh also is in charge of scheduling both games and practices and oversees student-athletes' academics. Eshbaugh joined the Demon Deacons after working for the University of Kentucky's women's basketball program. While at Kentucky, he served as a graduate assistant from 2002-04 . His duties at Kentucky included film exchange and all video scouting. Prior to Kentucky, Eshbaugh spent one season as the assistant coach for the varsity men's basketball team at Mercer Area High School, in Mercer, Pa. While with the Mustangs, he helped lead the team to a 9-13 record. A native of Mercer, Pa., Eshbaugh received his undergraduate degree in business management from Grove City College before earning his master's degree in sports management from Kentucky. Eshbaugh currently resides in Winston-Salem. |
