GREENSBORO, NC - Wake Forest cross country runner, Nathan Sisco, was named the ACC Performer of the Week on Monday afternoon. A junior from Lebanon, NJ, Sisco led the Wake Forest men's team to a sixth place finish in the 36-team field, 14 of which are nationally ranked, at the Roy Griak Invitational in St. Paul, MN. The Demon Deacons, ranked 23rd in the nation, finished ahead of 10 teams ranked higher than Wake Forest. Sisco led all ACC runners in the 8,000-Meter race, finishing 10th overall with a time of 24:28.6.

The Wake Forest men's and women's cross country teams will return to action on Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Furman Invitational/Pre-Nationals in Greenville, SC.
