One of four Deacons to run in all six races... named to the Academic All-ACC Team ... teamed with Chris Catton to finish sixth overall at the Wake Forest Relays, with an individual time of 23:00... placed 13th individually at the WFU Relays... ran a 25:57 at the Pre-ACC Invitational to finish 20th... turned in a 24:55 to finish 69th overall and second on the team at the Oregon Invitational... ran a 31:08.3 at the Chile Pepper Festival 10k... paced the Demon Deacons at the ACC Championships, finishing with a time of 23:34.0, landing him in 28th place overall... finished the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 32:13.35... led the Deacons and placed 49th overall at the Regional meet.
2005
Ran in six of seven events... finished 10th and 12th, respectively, at the Raleigh Invitational and WFU Relays... placed 51st with a time of 25:27.7 at the ACC Championships... finished 62nd with a time of 31:58.4 at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
