PHILADELPHIA - Nikeya Green and Chris Estwanik both ran NCAA Championship provisional qualifying times Monday at Villanova University¡¦s Tuppeny Twilight Meet.

Green, a sophomore middle distance runner on the Wake Forest women¡¦s track & field team, won the 800m with a NCAA Championships provisional qualifying and personal best time of 2:06.38, the second fastest time in school history, the fourth best in the ACC this season and the 18th fastest in Division I this year. The Woodbridge, VA native is a two-time All-American and a two-time All-ACC selection.

Estwanik, a senior middle distance runner on the Wake Forest men¡¦s track & field team, finished third in the 1,500m with a NCAA Championships provisional qualifying time of 3:44.20. The Dublin, OH native has run a faster time in the event earlier this season with a 3:43.63 at the Stanford Invitational on March 30. A three-time ACC Champion, eight-time All-ACC selection and a two-time NCAA Championships participant, Estwanik owns the ACC¡¦s fourth fastest time in the 1,500m this season.
