Final Stats

CLEMSON, S.C. - Mark Russell, Phillip Warsaw, Keaton Morgan and Matt Owen led the Wake Forest track team with a second place finish in the Distance Medley at the Clemson Invitational over the weekend.

Other top finishers at the event include Melissa Council, who placed fourth in the 400m dash with a mark of 57.21 and Whitney Curry, who took fourth place in the 3000m run with a time of 10:11.62.

Senior Molly Kennedy set a personal record in the 60m hurdles, finishing at 9.28, topping her former mark of 9.36 set last January.

On the men's side, Patrick Russell was the runner-up in the 1 mile run with a time of 4:15.05, followed by Greg Billington, who's time of 4:16.70 was good for third place in the event.

The Demon Deacons will return to South Carolina this weekend for the JRF Combined Events Challenge in Clemson.
