Track & Field: Outdoor: 2004: Placed 18th in the 1,500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational... Finished 23rd at the ACC Preliminary's in the same event.

2002: Ran the team's fourth-best time of the season in the 1,500m with a 3:55.16 for 10th place at the 49er Classic in his only race of the season.
Indoor 2004: Finished fifth at the Kentucky Invitational... Captured first place in the 3,000m at the NC Collegiate Big 12 after a 8:35.67run.
2003: Ran a 4:15.54 mile at the ACC Championships and finished seventh overall ... Came in 18th in the 800m at the Kroger Invitational.
2002: Qualified for ACC finals as a freshman ... Posted a 4:13.08 in the mile, the team's third best time of the season, at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Took ninth place in the mile at the ACC Championships ... Had third place finishes in the mile at both the Maryland Invitational and the North Carolina Invitational ... Also ran a 1:55.12 in the 800m at the Virginia Tech Challenge and anchored a 4x400m relay at the UNC Invitational
