WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Top-seed and No. 1 Wake Forest (19-1-1) continues postseason play on Sunday, hosting No. 16 seed Dartmouth (11-5-2) in the third round of the NCAA Tournament at Spry Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. (ET). Wake Forest is in the third round of the NCAA Tournament for the fifth consecutive year. The Deacons are 2-2-1 all-time in the third round. Wake will be looking to extend a pair of impressive streaks. Wake Forest is unbeaten in its last 39 games against non-conference opponents. The Deacs are also unbeaten in their last 32 games at Spry Stadium, the fourth-longest home unbeaten streak in NCAA history. The Demon Deacons are coming off a thrilling 1-0 overtime victory over William & Mary on Tuesday night in the second round. After neither team scored in regulation, junior forward Cody Arnoux scored the game-winner in the 95th minute, his team-leading 15th goal of the season. Marcus Tracy was credited with the assist on the play. Freshman goalkeeper Doug Ryan played the final 31 minutes of the game, coming in for the injured Akira Fitzgerald. Making his first appearance of his collegiate career, Ryan made one save and picked up the victory. No. 16 seed Dartmouth enters the third round of the NCAA Tournament with an 11-5-2 record. The Big Green also had a squeaker in their first tournament game, beating Boston College in penalty kicks. Offensively, Dartmouth is led by Lucky Mkosana, who leads the team with 11 goals and 24 points on the season. Craig Henderson and Andrew Olsen are tied for the team lead in assists with five each. Sean Milligan has been stellar in goal all season for the Big Green, posting a 0.81 goals against average. Milligan has made 62 stops on the season and has seven clean sheets. Wake Forest and Dartmouth are meeting for the second time in series history. The Big Green won the only other meeting in the series, a 1-0 victory in the 2001 season. Tickets for Tuesday's game are $5 for adults and $3 for seniors, students and children. Fans sitting on the hill by Polo Rd. will also be charged admission. All seats are general admission and fans are encouraged to arrive early.
