GREENSBORO, N.C. - Wake Forest junior forward Zack Schilawski was named ACC Men's Soccer Player of the Week on Tuesday morning, as announced by the league office in Greensboro. Schilawski has also earned national accolades this week, being named to the College Soccer News Team of the Week.

Schilawski, a Cary, N.C., native, came off the bench to help Wake Forest clinch the ACC regular season championship at North Carolina. Schilawski scored twice in the span of 4:18, including the eventual game-winning goal. The two goals marked the fifth multi-goal game in Schilawski's career.

On the season, Schilawski ranks third on the team in goals with eight and fourth in points with 20.

Schilawski is the fifth different Wake Forest player to earn ACC Player of the Week honors this season. Lyle Adams, Austin da Luz, Akira Fitzgerald and Marcus Tracy were named conference player of the week earlier in the season.

Wake Forest returns to action on Friday as it closes the regular season at Virginia. First touch is slated for 7 p.m. (ET) and the game will be shown live on ACC Select.
