BLACKSBURG, Va. - The top-ranked Wake Forest men's soccer team will face No. 9 Virginia Tech in ACC competition Friday at 7 p.m. in Blacksburg, Va. The Hokies currently sit in the ACC's fourth place spot while the Demon Deacons hold the runner-up position behind the Boston College Eagles, who are undefeated through three conference contests. The Demon Deacons (7-0-1, 2-0-0) recently had their first draw of 2007, tying the Elon Phoenix 1-1 in Winston-Salem on Tuesday night. In the ACC, the Deacons last faced No. 18 Maryland and handed the Terps their third loss of conference season with a 2-0 shutout.
