WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest will travel to Raleigh for its final road game of the season when the Demon Deacons visit NC State on Saturday, Nov. 15. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m., and the game will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU and will also be available over the air on the Wake Forest ISP Radio Network.

While Wake Forest did not crack the AP or USA Today polls, the Deacons did move up to No. 24 in the BCS Standings this week.

The Deacons have won two straight games to improve to 6-3 overall and 4-2 in the ACC. Wake is tied for the ACC Atlantic Division lead with FSU, as both squads sport 4-2 records. Maryland is a half-game back at 3-2.

NC State enters the game coming off a 27-17 win at Duke on Saturday. The Wolfpack enters Saturday's game at 3-6 overall and 1-4 in ACC play.

Saturday's game will be the only road game that Wake Forest will play in November. Wake finishes ACC play at home with Boston College on Nov. 22 and then faces a non-league tilt with Vanderbilt on Nov. 29.

Wake Forest trails NC State 35-60-6 in the all-time series that dates back to 1895.

Quickie Notes
- Wake Forest broke into the BCS Standings for the first time this season. The Deacons are 24th in the poll that includes data from the Harris Interactive Poll, the USA Today Coaches Poll and computer rankings.
- Wake has become bowl eligible for the third consecutive year. The Deacs have never been to three straight bowl games. Since the start of the 2006 season, the Deacs have gone 26-10.
- Wake's defense leads the nation in takeaways with 28. The Deacs have lost just 14 turnovers and are second in the nation in turnover margin at +14. Oklahoma leads the nation at +16.

Wake Forest will play its final two games of the season in the friendly confines of BB&T Field. The Deacons host Boston College on Nov. 22 at 3:30 p.m. on ABC/ESPN. BC is currently 6-3 overall and 2-3 in the ACC prior to its game at FSU this week. The Deacs close out the regular season at home against SEC foe Vanderbilt on Nov. 29.
