Other diary entries

Finally two a days are over. I am so tired of going against my own teammates in practice. It's a good feeling to know that something that you have prepared for since January is right around the corner. I feel like our team has worked really hard in the off season and the summer. We have put ourselves in position to win this year. We have the talent, the experience, and coaches who believe in us. We have everything in place to have a good season. I also think we have another factor that is vital to winning. Sometimes teams have an offense that has to carry a defense or a defense that has to carry an offense. I don't feel this is the case at all on this year's team. We as teammates have confidence in each other on both sides of the ball. There are no doubts in each other this year. I know that if our offense has an average game that the defense will pick it up and vice versa. That's what makes a great team great, belief in each other. Because when you get out there on game day, that's all you have.
