Winston-Salem, NC - The Wake Forest Sports Marketing Department presents Fan Fest 2006 on Saturday, August 12 beginning at 7:00 PM at Groves Stadium.

Fan Fest is a great opportunity for fans from the community and Wake Forest to come out and meet coaches and players from various fall sports teams such as football, field hockey, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's cross country and volleyball. Demon Deacon athletes and coaches will be available for autographs and pictures.

It will also be the fans' first opportunity to get an up-close look at Groves Stadium's new FieldTurf surface.

Not only will fans have the opportunity to meet with coaches and athletes of Wake Forest teams, there will be plenty of other activities for all ages including DTZ inflatable rides, equipment try-on, an opportunity to select your seats for the upcoming football season, raffle to win tickets and other great WFU prizes, popcorn and drinks, special appearances by the Demon Deacon and the WFU cheerleaders and much more.
