The Atlantic Coast Conference today released the starting times and television schedule for the first three weeks of the 2008 football season.

The Deacons kickoff the 2008 campaign by visiting Baylor on Thursday, August 28. The game will start at 8:00 p.m. EDT and will be televised nationally on the Fox Sports Network. Wake Forest's home opener with Ole Miss on Saturday, September 6 will start at 3:30 p.m. and will be shown as a regional telecast on ABC and across the nation on ESPN2.

In addition, the ACC announced its Thursday night schedule of games on ESPN. Wake Forest will host Clemson on Thursday, Oct. 9 at 7:30 p.m. at BB&T Field.

The remainder of the television schedule will be determined 12 days prior to each game. The next announcement of game times and television coverage will be made on Sept. 8 and will cover Wake Forest's Sept. 20 ACC contest at Florida State.
