Was one of three true freshmen to see action for the Deacons in 2008 and one of only five to start for Jim Grobe at Wake Forest ... Teamed with Andrew Parker as rookie starters in three games during the season (at Miami; vs. Duke; vs. Boston College) ... Saw action as a reserve at left guard in the season opener ...
