Preview:

Wake Forest will look to even its conference record and bounce back from a two-game losing streak on Saturday afternoon at Georgia Tech. The Demon Deacons and Yellow Jackets will meet in a 2 p.m. matchup at Alexander Memorial Coliseum

The game is set to be televised by Raycom Sports and will be broadcast live on the Wake Forest ISP Radio Network.

The Deacons are coming off a 74-70 loss to Maryland at home on Thursday. It was just Wake's second loss at Joel Coliseum this season and dropped the Deacs to 16-10 overall and 6-7 in ACC play.

Georgia Tech comes in at 11-15 overall and 4-8 in the conference. The Jackets have lost five straight, including a 71-58 loss at Duke on Wednesday, since defeating the Deacons 89-83 on Feb. 6 in Winston-Salem.

Wake Forest leads the all-time series with Georgia Tech 34-30. The Deacons won two of the three meetings last season, including a 114-112 double overtime win at the ACC Tournament. The home team has won 23 of the past 31 meetings in the series.

Quickie Notes
- The Deacons have not lost to the Yellow Jackets twice in one season since 1997-98. GT defeated Wake, 89-83, earlier this year on Feb. 6.
- Wake Forest is one of three teams among the six BCS conferences to have multiple conference Rookie of the Week honorees. Only Kansas State (Beasley; Walker) and Syracuse (Green; Flynn) can boast the same.
- James Johnson has scored 20+ points in four of his past five games. He is also averaging 10.0 rebounds per game during that span.

Next Up:

Wake Forest will play at Virginia Tech on Tuesday at 7 p.m. for their third game in six days. The Deacons wrap up the regular season with NC State in a noon home contest on March 8.
