WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - No. 6-ranked Wake Forest will wrap up its non-conference schedule with a road game at BYU on Saturday, Jan. 3, in Provo, Utah. The game, which will tip-off at 8 p.m. ET at the Marriott Center, will be available on the Wake Forest ISP Radio Network. It will also be televised on The Mtn.

The Demon Deacons (12-0) face a daunting task on Saturday: snap BYU's 53-game home court winning streak which stands as the longest such streak in the country.

Wake is coming off an 83-61 defeat of Radford on Tuesday in Winston-Salem. The Deacons had to shake off some rust from a seven-day holiday break before pulling away from the Highlanders in the second half.

Al-Farouq Aminu and James Johnson led the Deacs with double-doubles. Aminu had 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Johnson finished with 12 points and 12 boards. Jeff Teague scored a game-high 19 points, and Johnson led all players with five assists.

BYU enters the game at 11-1 following its 74-68 win at Tulsa on Tuesday. The Cougars, who are receiving votes in both the AP and Coaches Polls, trailed by four at halftime but rallied for the win in the second period.

Wake Forest leads the all-time series with BYU, 3-1. The series dates back to the 1952-53 season, but the teams have never met in Provo. The Deacs defeated the Cougars, 79-62, last season in Winston-Salem. This marks Wake's first trip to the state of Utah since the 1998-99 season.

Quickie Notes
- Wake Forest is in the middle of a stretch that sees the Deacs play five of seven games on the road. Wake opens ACC play at home against North Carolina but then must travel to Boston College and to Clemson.
- Following Tuesday's win over Radford, the Deacs are 22-2 at home under Dino Gaudio.

Next Up...
Wake Forest will have six days off before the Deacons open ACC play at home against No. 1 North Carolina on Jan. 11. Wake will then play at BC (Jan. 14) and at Clemson (Jan. 17).
