An athletic and versatile swingman ready for his senior season... spent half of his junior season on the shelf after breaking a bone in his foot... can play the big guard and small forward positions and may be Wake's third point guard this season... has been a solid reserve the last three seasons... should see more playing time this season... has potential to be a threat on the perimeter.

2004-05

Played in just 13 games after breaking a bone in his foot.... when healthy, averaged 4.6 minutes of action per game.... made 10-of-25 field goal attempts (.400)... sank 2-of-7 three-point attempts... had four assists and four steals.... played nine minutes, scored four points and dished out an assist Nov. 22 against Yale... Originally Joyce verbally committed to Wake Forest and then-head coach Dave Odom early, then re-committed to Skip Prosser's staff once Prosser replaced Odom... majoring in sociology... chose Wake Forest over NC State, Virginia and Tennessee... hobbies include golf and swimming... favorite movie of all-time is Caddyshack... one of Joyce's most memorable moments in sports was winning four state AAU titles and a national championship... uncle, Randy Joyce, played football at Appalachian State ... has one sister, Cristina (18).
