How to Request a Tutor
There are multiple ways to obtain a course tutor. Many students use tutors available through the Learning Assistance Center. Student-Athlete Services also offers tutoring to student-athletes. In either case, tutoring is free of charge.
Request a tutor through Student-Athlete Services
- Download a Tutor Request Form
or obtain a form from Student-Athlete Services. - Return the completed form to Student-Athlete Services.
Student-Athlete Tutoring Responsibility Agreement
- Download, review and sign form.
- Form must be signed before tutoring will be assigned.
- Return completed form to Student-Athlete Services.
