Chad Crunk Position: Assistant Director of Media Relations Experience: 1st Year Alma Mater: Kentucky, 2006

Chad Crunk enters his first year as an assistant director for media relations at Wake Forest. Crunk will serve as the primary contact for both the men's and women's soccer teams along with the baseball program.

Before coming to Wake, Crunk spent 10 months as an intern at Vanderbilt University where he was the primary media contact for the swimming and diving, track and field and women's tennis teams.

Crunk has worked several championship events, including serving as the media relations coordinator for the first and second rounds of the 2008 NCAA Women's Tennis Tournament, hosted by Vanderbilt University. He also worked the 2008 Southeastern Conference Women's Basketball Tournament, along with the 2008 SEC Baseball Tournament.

A native of Hopkinsville, Ky., Crunk graduated from the University of Kentucky in December 2006 with a degree in journalism.
